How can I return an item?
Once you’ve submitted your return request, by sending a mail to support@astralmusic.com and your return is subject to our "General Sales Terms", you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. You are responsible for shipping the items back to Astral Music, including shipping fees.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Astral Music office. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. It can take approx. 5 business days.My invoice has not been shipped with my order.
In the "My Astral" section you can click on "Invoices" and there you will find your latest invoice. Next to the invoice you will find a button to obtain a printable version.What happens if I have received a defective item?
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Astral Music and send a mail to support@astralmusic.com.
