Can I save an order for later?
Your basket will automatically be saved for later. Once you've entered items into your basket, a web order number is reserved for it. The saved basket is stored in your Astral Music account where you can review, change and delete the virtual order. Please note, you did not place the actual order until you followed the usual order completion steps. Once you placed the actual order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
How do I log out?
There is no need to log out of your account. As a security measure, you are required to log in for every purchase or change to your account and you will be automatically logged out after inactivity of 30 minutes.How do I place my order?
Before you can place an order or listen to soundstreams you are asked to register on our site. When registered you can listen to soundfiles and select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping basket. If you already have an Astral Music account, please log in with your details. If you are new to the online Astral Music Store, we will walk you through the ordering and checkout process.
On the top left hand side of the home page you will find a summary of the items in your basket. To Review your basket click on the link.
Once you are logged in, you can verify your order details. You will be able to make changes to your payment method, billing and shipping address, change quantities or delete items from your basket. If you are happy with your shopping basket and if you have selected the shipment and the payment service of your choice you can go to the finalization page. Here we ask you to agree to our terms and click the ‘Proceed to Check Out' button.

Does the availability of your chosen items suit you?
Please ensure your billing details are correct
Please ensure your delivery address is in the country you are ordering from
Please ensure you will be available at your delivery address during business
days and hours to take delivery
